Cayce established Perennial Mortgage Group in 1996. With over 29 years of experience, she has originated over 2,500 loans personally and strives to keep that number growing. She prides herself in knowing that each of her customers makes an educated decision when it comes to the specific mortgage product selected. In her spare time, Cayce enjoys spending time outdoors, sports, traveling and hopes to learn to play the guitar one day. She attended Old Dominion University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree.
