Steve joined Perennial Mortgage Group, Inc. in 1998. In December 2011, he originated his 1,000th loan with the company. He is a 1984 graduate of Furman University in Greenville, SC where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree. He also worked as a Financial Planner with Ameriprise, formerly American Express Financial Advisors.
Steve resides in Durham with his wife Sharon and has two children. His outside interests include spending time with his family and Cruise vacations. Most of his spare time is spent taking in his daughter’s volleyball games.
