Being fascinated by the mortgage financial business, Kawa joined Perennial Mortgage Group in 2009. He graduated from UCLA with a Master of Science degree and spent nine years in the High Tech industry providing customer support and services. Customer orientation has always been part of Kawa’s work ethic.

During his spare time, Kawa enjoys music and sports. As a devoted Christian, Kawa spends most Sundays in church. He resides in Cary with his wife Jojo and two daughters.
