Cayce established Perennial Mortgage Group in 1996. Since then, she has originated over 1,500 loans personally and strives to keep that number growing. She attended Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, and graduated there with both a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. She is a member of the North Carolina Association of Mortgage Professionals. In her spare time, Cayce enjoys spending time outdoors, playing sports, traveling and learning to play the guitar. She resides in Raleigh with her cat Sam.
